libmono-i18n4.0-all software package provides Mono I18N libraries (for CLI 4.0), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmono-i18n4.0-all
libmono-i18n4.0-all is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmono-i18n4.0-all package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmono-i18n4.0-all *
You will get with libmono-i18n4.0-all package name, version, architecture and description in a table
